A carving that flows within the subtle blue-green grains of the beetle kill pine wood door, makes this majestic elk come to life. The wood is harvested from trees killed by the pine beetle in the forests of northern Colorado. The doors are built by a local artisan and then carved by Dennie at his studio. The exquisite detail brings out the natural beauty of these magnificent creatures. The elk antler door handle finishes the creation with a special touch. |
